These personal coaching sessions are tailored to your specific needs. What would make life more wonderful for you? That's what we'll be working on together, either on Zoom or by phone, whichever suits you best.
I will help you name and overcome the obstacles that are standing in your way. (It might not be what you think!) I usually meet with clients 3 times each month, with a week off each month to integrate what you are learning. For best results, a minimum commitment of six months* is recommended.

*Why six months? Experience has shown that usually around 8-9 weeks a natural resistance occurs, right when the client is on the verge of significant change. With a longer commitment, clients are able to push through the resistance to make lasting change. Many clients actually choose to continue with coaching far beyond the 6-month commitment because of the benefits they have come to expect and enjoy throughout the coaching relationship. However, you are under no obligation to fulfill even a 6-month commitment; just do what's right for you.
