This is a time to simply "be" from the comfort of your own home or office.
Creating Peace Inside and Out - Join us for a day of retreat and discover communication techniques that help and heal, enriching yourself and your relationships. This retreat will focus on becoming more mindful of the words you use and the restorative practices that increase awareness. You will learn new communication skills that will enliven and improve all of your relationships, including your relationship with yourself.
